Mazars and Biuro Informacji Kapitałowych invite you to “VI Polish Forum of Executive Boards of Listed Companies” that will be held on 29-30 March 2012 in Wrocław.

Mazars is a Partner of the conference and Monika Kaczorek – Partner and Vice-President of the Management Board of Mazars Audyt Sp. z o.o. will take the floor on the first day of Forum in the discussion panel: “Importance of listed companies’ communication with investors and capital market institutions in times of crisis. Impact of the quality of provided information on the valuation of a listed company. Expectations of market participants”.

Forum is a place for discussion on the most important aspects of functioning of the capital market and listed companies in Poland.

Furthermore, the issues discussed on “VI Polish Forum of Executive Boards of Listed Companies”  will concern the following:

- impact of the European Union and events occurring in the member states on the national economy and Polish capital market,
- importance of State in the operation of listed companies,
- security of banking sector and its role in financing the activity and development of companies in times of crisis,
- possibility of building the value of a listed company in times of crisis.

We also address the sixth edition of the Forum of Executive Boards to students and teachers of the economic universities in Poland as part of the new initiative: "FORUM OF YOUNG IDEAS". We wish thus to encourage participants of  VI Forum of Executive Boards, representing the world of business and financial markets, to debate with students and teachers of the best institutions of higher education on the key aspects of Polish economy.
