On 16th May 2018 at the Mazars office in Warsaw, the seminar “VAT: Current problems and planned changes in the Value Added Tax” took place.
The amendments to the VAT regulations that entered into force this year raise a number of doubts and present difficulties with interpretation. The planned changes which will come into force in the coming months or at the turn of 2018 and 2019 may be ambiguously understood.
The aim of the training was to present current solutions on VAT and to draw attention to the main, planned changes in the Value Added Tax.
The lecture was conducted by Kinga Baran, tax advisor, director of the Tax Advisory Department at Mazars.
The seminar was addressed to CFOs, chief accountants, people in charge of tax settlements in companies as well as those, who would like to gain knowledge on the amendments to the Value Added Tax Act in 2018 and 2019.
