Mazars Central Eastern European Tax Guide 2017

Mazars published its fifth regional tax guide, which presents snapshots and comparative charts of the tax system of 19 CEE countries.

As with previous years, this publication has one main aim: to provide investors with timely, focused and mission critical information about tax in the CEE countries, this enabling them to compare various competitiveness factors across the region.

The 2017 edition presents a snapshot of the tax environments of the Visegrad countries, Greece, Russia, the Ukraine, and the Balkan and Baltic states. This 5th-year anniversary edition also provides an opportunity to review and evaluate the major trends of the past half-decade.

The survey presenting 19 countries, covers the corporate taxes and other direct taxes, as well as the indirect taxation. In this fifth edition we put a comparable table about transfer pricing in the mentioned countries. The brochure also provides the opportunity for comparison about tax rates, as well as of the rates of labour-related costs as compared to the net salary.

We hope and trust that our readers will find this summary useful and inspiring. We also included the contact information for Mazars offices and experts.
