Monika Kaczorek Partner, Mazars in Poland
Monika Kaczorek has been working at the Firm since 1994. She is a statutory auditor and a tax advisor, an expert in Polish and international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP) and an experienced specialist in Mazars large international projects related to statutory audit, mergers and acquisitions as well as due diligence. For several years, she has been a member of the Mazars IFRS Task Force and a member of the Committee for the Polish version of the IFRS.
She is Head of Risk Management and Quality Control in Mazars Poland. She gives lectures at various national and international conferences and seminars.
In her almost 25-year career at Mazars, Monika has assisted many Polish and international companies from various sectors of economy, mainly financial institutions, defence, consulting, technology services, telecom and digital sector and listed companies.
Monika Kaczorek is the Deputy President of the National Council of Statutory Auditors. She is a member of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors and the Polish Accounting Association. She sits in the jury of the Best Annual Report - a contest organised by the Institute of Accountancy and Taxes to promote companies that prepare the best consolidated annual reports according to IFRS standards.
